1951 case s coolant drain

Short of removing a rad hose does anyone know did this tractor have a drain cock to drain the rad?

There should be a plug in the bottom tank that you can take out and drain the radiator.

If its like my SI there is a small hole in the frame just under the radiator where you can find a valve to drain it. I had to to use pliers to open it. hard to see and hard to turn.
