1952 verse 1946 VAC tinwork ????

I have a 1946 VAC and the hood, grill and side panels have some dents in them that look like it went through a bad hail storm.
I found a 1952 parts tractor with perfect tinwork.
Is the tinwork the same or are they different?? Thanks Gerald

All of the sheet metal on the later style VAC is different. The change occurred in mid 51 at 5570000. The only ones that carried the early style sheet metal throughout was the VA and the VAI. The VAC, VAH and VAO15 changed to the new style. The VAS also had the later style as it was introduced after the change.
