i"m starting to give some tlc to a tea20 that was my grandfathers {1953} it has been use every year since 53 but now its just for plowing my drivway 4or5 times a year. i dont know what engine oil to put in it or hydraulic oil or really anything , is there some free info out there some where . i really dont want to hurt her ,she has been sooo good to my family.

If you would like to remember just one type of oil for both the hydraulics (includes rear end and transmission 6 gallons total) and the engine 15W40 will be your answer. It works better in the hydraulics in the very cold locations in the winter. Yes it is regular motor oil. One added plus it is cheaper than what was recommended when new, even cheaper when you buy it on sale. Richard

wow egine oil in my hydraulics would of never guessed that one , thank you very much anything else you would like to pass along would be great as well

The TEA is a great little tractor. Do you have the serial number?

Richard's recomendation on oil is acceptible with out getting too confussing. If you find a 40wt. in the engine a little heavy then drop down to a 30weight oil.
