Only a 1953 is a Jubilee "54 is a NAA.Is the problem at the junction of the manifold and the pipe? If so the pipe is out of shape,so you will have to reshape it.Look at the flange and see where it is out of round and with a small sledge hmr[2lb]inside and a ball peen hmr outside, hit it gently to shape it round. If it doesn"t fit up right, bend it forward or back to fit. With a new clamp, jack up gently to line up the flanges and tighten the clamp, snug but not broken---lha

I was mistaken[again]as mine is one piece. You will likely need to take it off and clean it if posible, then get a clamp and tighten it well.May have to get a new clamp if it is the original.---lha
