1954 SH Coolant Leak

I am looking for some input from guys on a small leak that just started on my 54 SH. I noticed a small area where it has started to leak coolant, but it doesn't appear to be a constant leak. The area where it is leaking seems to be at the front side of the fan blade facing the radiator and I noticed the dripping on the frame directly below that. Nothing on the back side or near the water pump. I have had difficulty in finding where as when I feel all around those areas I don't find any sign of leaking. I have shot a bit of grease into the grease zerk on the blade and for the pump. That helped temporarily but then I did start to see some slight drops leaking again after 3 weeks or so. Any ideas (water pump)? Thanks!

There is a large nut in the fan drive that is a packing nut. it tightens the pump gland. I believe tightening it a flat or two will fix it right up. Number 19 in the diagram. Jim

and if the brass nut is bottomed out then u need to remove the nut and add packing.
