1954 Super A1 carburetor

I have a 1954 Super A1 that has a marvel carburetor on it. It does not have a tag and the idle air adjustment screw is on the block side of the top housing. With this type of arraignment, I don't believe this to be the correct carburetor for this tractor, but maybe for one where the carb would be mounted on the right hand side of the engine. Does anyone with a super A1, 100, or super C know what carb would have come on these tractors in mid year 1954? I know it could be either a marvel, zenith, or Carter, but would like to know part numbers or carb numbers if possible. Trying to restore this one as accurately as possible. Thanks

Lots of variables on oem carburetors. C113, C123, Serial number breaks, distillate, gas, engine upgrades, engine swaps, and anything else over 75 years or so.
Best bet would be a oem parts manual. Then may need to research oem part numbers to carburetor models.

I believe the MS carbs were only on the C113's, and were model TSX-157.

Pages 39 -- 53 for the C113
Pages 82 -- 89 for the C123

Thanks for the reply. I reviewed my
parts manuals and see where you are
correct that the marvel carburetor was
primarily fitted to the c113 super a.
It looks like I need to find a Carter
or Zenith for a c123. I will look
around and try to find a carburetor for
a super C as they had the c123 at the
same time as the Super A1. Thanks again
