1956 Case 311 broken carb

Last fall I bought a 1956 Case 311 triple range. I used it to plow snow over the winter. It starts great, but surges. I removed the carb to rebuild it, and realized it's broken at the base. It looks like someone tried something to glue it back together, but it didn't work. Does anyone have a parts carb that would sell me the top part, or a good complete carb? It's a Marvel-Schebler TSX 635.
