I think I have a problem......Could't just drive on by.....Noooooo...........Saw the weights and new rears and had to stop. I offered, he countered, I countered, he countered, I countered, he accepted. Now it's in my driveway. Front and rear weights, new rear tires, fronts about 80- 85%, purrs like a kitten, good oil pressure and the smoothest power steering I've ever come across on any of my projects. And doesn't leak a drop from the cylinder and the rod shiney like new. No rust. Has the typical leaky fuel shut off but I'll take care of that and the PO just liked the way the 961 grill looked so he put one on it. He's getting me the one that came off it. I'll put that back on. Looks like it came with a wide front. I may look for one of those to put back on also. Has a chinesium carb but runs perfect. For now. I'll be looking for an original if anyone has one looking to get rid of. But for right now, some new fluids and a good bath and it's ready to go.

What a beauty! Those weight boxes are so cool and rare. There’s a wide front available north of Denver on CL that has come down to $400 from $1000 fyi.
