1957 CA fair value?

I'm wondering what a fair price is for a 1957 AC CA with a loader? Tractor is in nice shape, all paint is good, good rubber, 2 pnt hitch in rear, swinging drawbar, just a nice clean little tractor. Thanks.

They are all over the board, but $2500 seems to be an average price for a good one. I bought a very nice one with a Woods L59 mower for $2500. I have a completely restored one that I would sell for $3500.

you need to give more info and maybe a picture or two, but the true fact of the matter is - what are you willing to pay? if the price seems fair and you don't mind paying it then whatever the owner is asking is fair. lots of people will say its to high because they don't like the brand or people will say its just right because they love the little tractors, but it just depends on what YOU think. After all if your buying it is your money.

Does the hand clutch work? Does it stay in all gears? Are the rear rims OK? Narrow or wide frt.? AC loader or otherwise? Buying or selling makes a difference. Just a few questions that might affect the price. lol

-Rear tires & rims are excllent, no evidence of any rust/rot & rubber is all newer & nice
-wide front
-Factory AC loader, has the tubes w/ lock-pins for easy removal & re-attaching
It's been garage kept, paint is good, very, very clean tractor, I wouldn't call it a show tractor, but, it's very nice.

Original 1958 price = $1,900. If the rear tires are "loaded" I would get rid of the fluid. Personal experience: rim was shot; new rim, tube, tire and mounting ~$500 six years ago. Are the gauges AC/working; lights-including tail light AC/working; radiator shutter; generator/working/not original electrical set-up; hitch hold in the upright position overnight w/implement; pto shaft turn; steering wheel match original/condition; manual(s); weight(s).
