Is anyone hear familiar with the 3 point hitch system IH started putting in these tractors replacing the fast hitch? On my 3 point I've got one pin that when removed the whole 3 point will move left and right and another pin if removed will allow the lift arms to move up and down maybe 30 degrees.
If both pins are installed the hitch system is very rigid. Sorry for the long response this is my first tractor and it has to me a strange 3 point set up.

Pins ar used to provide a fairly rigid connection for some operations (blading) or pulling a wagon etc. the pins are removed for tillage equipment like plowing and disking. Jim
