1963 4010 wide front question

We just adjusted the width on our wide front on our 4010. We have the service and parts manual, but we are a little confused as to what the torque spec is on the three bolts on each side of the axle as well at the blots for the tie rod adjustment. Any help please.

There are published specs for most bolt grades and size. when in doubt use those.
