Been trying to get this tractor going after servicing the fuel system. It had shutdown while blowing snow last week. I removed the fuel filter and found ice in it. I wrapped up the tractor with tarps and set my propane heater under it for 6-8 hours. Drained some fuel then replaced the fuel filter and added can of sea foam. Bleed the filter. I bleed the (CAV) pump and the injectors with the fuel shut off cable pulled. Is that correct. Seems like to bleed the injectors the pump needs to be pumping fuel to them. Tried pulling the tractor on the road but can"t overcome the compression, just skids the tires. Well, I have it inside my heated garage and I"ll try again tomorrow. QUESTION; When bleeding the injectors do you just crack the hex nut or should one completely disconnect it? Thanks for any comments, Sam Mills

You absolutely have to have the kill cable pushed IN to start it.
Crach all 3 injector lines at the injectors then crank or pull the tractor till they leak fuel.

Got the tractor running today. Seems that my owners manual mislead me by instructing owner to have fuel shut off cable pulled when bleeding the injector and the CAV pump. I didnt make any sense to me to attempt to bleed the pump and injectors with the fuel shutoff. The fuel system needed to be in starting mode.
Thanks to Bern and Ultradog
