1975 Ford 4000

I have A 1975 Ford 4000 3cyl diesel, it had a right rear wheel seal leak it has wet brakes, I pulled the housing off and replaced the seal along with the outer bearing and race, put it all back together and now it acts like the brake is locked up, but if I put a little bit of throttle to it will move, not sure what's going on

Did you lose shim washer that goes between end of axle and thick washer or put on top of thick washer? New brg shouldnt changed end play/ preload that much.

Everything went back the same as it came out, the shim is between the axle and the thick washer, I'm just wondering if the place I had press the bearing on didn't press it all the way down, not sure if that would cause this problem or not

Did you remember to reconnect the brake pedal return spring under the foot board?
