2-105 throttle shaft

The throttle shaft on my 2-105 leaks at high rpms I did tighten it a bit but did not stop the drip is this a hard fix?? Thanks in advance
 
When that leak starts it's wise to have ALL pump gaskets/seals replaced as other leaks will show up soon anyhow. I have a CAV DPA JD pump on the test stand now that came in for the same trouble.
