2,4D Amine vs. 2,4D Ester

Going to spray hay fields. What is the difference between the amine and the ester? Which one seems to work better for those of you that use it. Thanks.

ester is hotter and works faster but more susceptible to drift. I use ester.

We used to use amine. When I started using liquid N as a carrier, I had lots of trouble. I then learned that ester was much more compatible with liquid N.
