I saw a what I think was a 2-50 or 2-60 tractor for sale and was wondering
if these are good tractors and if you can get parts
thanks

If its a 2-50 its basically the same tractor as an Allis Chalmers 5050, if its a 2-60 its about the same as an Oliver 1365.2-50 is a 3 cylinder,2-60 is a 4 cylinder, other than the
number of cylinders almost the same tractor.Fiat built, easy to find reasonable priced parts and overall good tractors in my opinion I have 2 1365 Olivers a 2WD and a 4WD like
them both.

I've never needed a part for my 1365 Oliver that I didn't have here by the next day. That's a lot more than I can say for the 1020 Deere that it replaced.

I looked at the tractor today it is a 2-60
s/n 797346. Seem to start and run fine but steers
easy one way and hard the other, 3 pt lever wouldn't move
hyd lever wouldn't move. It has a loader on it with some welds
Tractor looks like it has been outside for awhile. Any thoughts would
be appreciated. Guy wants $1100 for it.

I'd grab it for that. There are steering actuators that need to be adjusted to correct that steering problem. You couldn't possibly go wrong with a running 2-60 at that price.

I have a white 2-60 all wheel drive, kmw loader and cab, they are reliable and quite easy to maintain if for the front axle, parts are available but rare, if a 2wd then I never had any problems finding parts for the steering if good and powerful on one side i guess it,s just a matter of adjustment, and for the 3 point I'd say that once you get the controls loose everything should be allright for the price I'd jump right on it
