2 banger hydraulics

Hello
JD 60
Looking for some pictures and advice on how to pipe/plumb the hydraulics for using the 3 point, and or the remote cylinder coupler, without switching the pins/rods/hydraulic caps every time I need to switch from 3 point to cylinder.
I have read some other forums this is possible to do, with regular black pipe fittings and a ball valve, but they are lacking pictures and or walk thru steps that make sense.
Also, I read where there ismore than one way of doing this, so I am open to suggestions, as to what you think is best, and or easiest ect ect.
Thanks in advance.

Well this is how my “best” setup is ignore the foot pedals it’s a power trol just like yours would be. you will have to be ok with the 3 point moving as well so plan accordingly but you get the hang of it after awhile. Works best with a dual acting cylinder so you don’t add oil and it will be one directional you will end up with your hoses labeled. Float is also what you will give up on the 3 point the 38 b is not as good at mowing the lawn as the 52 a that just has the plugs in it. The other dummy would let it work better I think but I hadn’t ever changed it since it will dump my wagon and run the rakes. I was actually going to get the couplers for the A for real the way they should be and live with swapping them. Just what I’ve done to make do it isn’t perfect I’ve been adding dual acting cylinders to things just to make my life easier no refill no mess

I will try to get pictures if no one gets them. My 60 and 70 have been set up for a remote OR three point with no plug swapping for years. Note the OR. You can only have one or the other. And if you use the remote, the 3 point will move at the same time.

There is an adjustable plug that can be put into the top plug. Then you plumb the remote hydraulics through the side. The adjustable plug allows you to switch between remote or 3 point without pulling plugs and leaking oil

I have attached some pics. The first two show the adjustable plug and the remotes routed thru the side. This would allow you to use the remote or rockshaft, BUT the remotes and 3 point aren't completely separate functions.

I also showed OLD aftermarket parts, Baker valves, which can be used to make a separate remote circuit that isn't affected by three point use, and you can actually use both at once

Thanks everyone
This will help tremendously
Much appreciated
I’m not certain on this but if you do decide to use that top side plug like he’s showing you do need to find one of the adjustable valve to use your control lever or make your own control valve off the side which has some benefits as well. I believe those are what most loaders ran off back then. It would be be very similar to pumpkin pump off pto power beyondish. I haven’t flipped through the competing catalogs lately but the new ones are dummies or hydraulic straight that I’ve seen. Finding one at the boneyard would be the goal. Good luck!
