2-way Dearborn plow

Thanks again to Dell, Jess, and Ultradog for replies to my post of 11/26 about the plow, which did turn out to be a Dearborn 10-14. Unfortunately, I didn't get the actuator arms and their brackets with it. Ultradog indicated that those parts might now be available aftermarket. Does anybody know who might have them, either new or used?

An alternative might be to get actuator arm dimensions from somebody that has a plow like that and a tracing of the notches so I could make my own.
