20 seires yellow paint

I have a question about where to mask off for paint on the 20 series 2 cylinders. Should the yellow be in just the flat part of the indented part of the hood , or should it also go up the radius of the indented part. It is hard to explain I hope I am explaining it good. Thanks

Officially, I don't know, but I would include the radius of the bend myself.

I would say just the flat part. The original was a decal over the green, right? So I doubt they messed with trying to apply a decal over any sort of complex surface. Just my opinion, which as we know is worth as much as you paid for it...

Look up some pictures of the tractor your painting and that should put in the ball park and decal placement also.

The yellow is a decal.

Just the flat part as stated. I might add that I paint the green first and then mask off and put the yellow on. That is how I was taught and it works fine the yellow does cover over the green well. Others do the opposite.
