2001 dodge pickup frontend squeaks

We have a pair of 2001 dodge 2wd pickups that both have had squeaks in the frontend,especislly when turning. The one with 112k had the lower balljoints replaced,the 80k one has everything tight. Can't recreate the sqeak on the rack. Any ideas?

Have you checked the upper ball joints for play with a prybar? How do the suspension bushings look? Also, if you raise it with the jacks while on the rack, you take the weight off the suspension, which may be why you can't recreate the same squeak while on the rack. I wouldn't have thought you would need those parts already on an '01, but I guess things just don't last the way they used to.
