2010 chassis question

underneath my 65' 2010, laying on ground looking up just behind where clutch would be there are 4 threaded bolt holes. just curious what these are for?
 
Should be a sheet metal plate there to keep dirt out of the clutch.houseing and be able to service the hyd pump etc.
 
what Im talking about would be directly under your feet if sitting on tractor. not a cover for anything. just threaded bolt holes. has to be for some type of implement?
 
can anyone help me out? these holes are directly inline with the hydr. filter cover but they are under the tractor. I am wondering if I could use these to fab up my ford 703 series loader???
