2010 crawler

Hey Guys
I have restored several J.D. tractors but never a crawler ?? Now working on a 2010 crawler!! Problem is it will drive forward and backward but will not turn have manuals but don,t seem smart enough to understand them . Should the clutch housing have oil in them? Do they get oiled from final drive boxes ? Have tried adjustments by instructions in books but don t seem to help? Any thoughts ? Tractor has sit a lot and was owned by forest service and only has 1400 hr. on hour meter if right?

I used 2010 crawler drives for my 60C,,,you will need to pull the clutches and clean them up, they can be pulled with out removing the final drive,,I don't like they way they are and I don't think I would use them again,,but once I got into it up to my neck I had to keep on going. My final drive pinion gears run with a roller bearing riding on the shaft, no inner race, I re-machined it to use a modern bearing, the clutch hub was all rusted up to where the clutches would not float on it,the release bearing were froze up,,it gets nasty down in there, I can help you some with it if you want to call me...
