2010 shifter

When I am shifting the dash mounted control to change gears and ranges there is a grinding. The clutch is depresed and seems to work fine.
I can get it in gear with difficulty. I have done some adjusting of the rods. I am sure the control bushings need replacement. Help!

I know the 2010 was Deers "tractor from Hell"!
 
It sounds like the sychronizers are bad, they are very simular to a 3010/3020,but a different part number, you will need to split it and remove the top shaft, as you split it you will need to go down through an inspection hole near the rockshaft and remove two bolts that hold an oil line in place,,there are several "unusual" things about the 2010, you will find them as you go.....
