2010 wont start

2010 gas tractor wont start. It has spark and good compression. Also has fuel to the carb but the plugs are still dry even on full choke. cleaned the carb and i feel like im overlooking something.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Mine will get a stuck float after it sits for very long. Give it a little squirt of ether and see if it will run momentarily and then quit. If thats the case peck on the side of the carb with a small hammer. I hope this helps.
