Yes the 195 pulled this VA out of the shed with ease,, works great for me as I do this all alone,, I can put some "power" to the drive and she eases along, I can walk back and forth to steer both units as needed ,,

I was getting to the thresher I guess in these shots,, I had a demonstration to put on for the local museum

cvphoto4085.jpg

the SC and thresher had not been start or used in seven years, the SC fired off on the third turn on the old gas,, I Did however drain the quart that was still in the tank when I got it moved where I could get to it better and put in fresh premium gas like I Always buy, thats the only reason it started on what was in the tank and it was not green and gummed in the tank

No, I'm not, as I see something new every update.

How long is this storage shed?
The VA, what is wrong with that one.
I see one "A6" and realize it will be going out soon, to get others in. Not a easy decision. Its to bad you cant find a buyer for this. Geez I was so happy to find mine that had been shedded most of its life (1950). I suppose a museum is out of the question.

I have a lead on a super nice "1010" never sat out a night, they run it almost every year some. But I haven't bitten, and probably wont. And passed up some nice "600"s just because of the room thing. But what worries me, is what will happen to these last great harvester's.

Nope not yet, we won't let you off that easy Tom. Always interesting pics. Heck if I did not look at yours, I would never see any blue sky, Rod.

The pictures are of Case tractors with sunny skies and green fields. I think is will be a long time this time of year before we tire of pictures like that.

shed is 45 x 120 I think Dan,, not near big enough,, yes that A6 is in the line with the other one I have outside, the VA is a very low houred one and was being restored by a life long neighbor when he passed away, I bought it at his estate sale, it has new rear rims and tires which are going on my VA I use all the time, new sleeves and pistons valves ect,, I will finish it some day but for now its covered up and outside, I would love a nice 1010 but I am out of room as it is,,
cnt

Tom, My late wife always enjoyed your pictures and words of wisdom, Please keep it up.
I am amazed you find days long enough to do what you do, I guess I'm jealous of what you can do!
Thanks again for the views, JIM

I don't think I will ever tire of your pictures. Where I grew up in Nova Scotia there were no Case machines that I can recall. Pretty much all Massey. Then I ended up with Green Fever when we bought our 16 acres. However the more I see of Case equipment the more I like it and seeing all your pictures reminds me of just how many different types of equipment Case made. I did notice you have quite a collection of 70 series machines as well.

I'm nearly drooling everytime I see an older 930 Western with a heavy tillage tool hitched to it. That 6 cylinder, lower RPM. high torque engine sound under full load is THE SWEETEST sound I know in tractors. (Your picture 2 here)
