Rumely Oil Pull tractors, Models 'H' and 'E'

Was looking for a better quality pic online and ran across this one. Not sure, but looks like the same two models:

Could be, the wheels are different and the one on the right has a different roof.

The one on the right in the second picture is a 20 - 40 model G. The one on the left is a 16 - 30.

Thank you! Didn't notice last night, but the front right frame in the first pic is different than the other 3. I'm not well-enough versed to notice many more differences.

Those grills on front - did they have removable covers? Top pic they're removed, bottom pic looks like has covers.
