212 chopper cutter knives

When turning the cutter by hand, every knife clearance looks good near the shaft, but on the outside each knife just touches the shear bar. Do I have to adjust each knife or can I adjust the pillow block bearing on the backside to gain the clearance I need?

Adjust each knife. Don't think there is a provision for moving the bearing holder. I have a couple brand new sets of knives for a 212.
