2240 iso couplers

I have a John deere 2240 and I converted them over to pioneer iso couplers with the john deere kit. I went to use it the other day and it was leaking a ton of oil out of the bottom of the coupler where the hand valves go into the coupler. I've replaced the orings twice now in the top and bottom and it's still leaking oil out. Kind of lost hope is their anything that I should do differently?

If it was my tractor I'd change to Waspi-Grove conversion kit or later style JD 50 & 55 series economy ISO breakaway coupler. I've read several threads where the JD ISO type conversions leak oil from older style JD receptables frequently leak hyd oil..
