I have a 2290 that will not stop when you push the clutch in on 1st on the power shift. It stops in 2nd and 3rd range. Any suggestions?

The power shift lever should automatically go back to first when you step on clutch pedal.Is yours doing that??

The clutch will not go back to 1st. Any help would be great! Thanks

When the clutch is pushed the shifter will not go back to 1st. It has to be shifted manually.

Under the floorboard on a 2470 there is a bellcrank that moves the power shift spool back to first. Sometimes the ear gets broke off and it wont shift it. Not sure if 2290 is the same!
