2390 Suction Screens

We have a 2390 Slipping in powershift 2nd and sometimes hesitates in powershift 3rd. No slipping in powershift 3rd or 1st just 2nd. I have read on here somewhere about cleaning screens, but can"t find were I read it. Plan was to change fluids, new filters, clean spools, and the screens, but where are the screens.

you are not going to like this answer,, you have to split them to get at the suction screen, just my thoughts but that is not causing it to slip in 2nd power shift, a flow test would be the next thing I would check if you think you have a flow issue cnt

i'll agree w/ mr. nutty the screen is not the problem, at the very least you probably have a broken beleville spring, but that said i clean the screen by removing the pto raising front end an use a pump up sprayer to hose everything out the back.

Not a screen problem, to clean the screen as stated also remove the manual shifter cover and you can get to the screen better, use blower with a coppertube and you can get all the eay around it then wash it out the back
