2394 engine oil warning

My 2394 has started activating the engine oil warning light and alarm at 1800 RPMs. Oil pressure is over 40. Replaced sending unit and still does it (no load). No problem at 1790 but at 1800 the warning comes on. Any ideas?

X3, One should be right by the starter and the other directly in front of that. I believe the one by the starter is the one for above 1800 rpm. Had that issue on a 3294 this spring. They are around $150 if I remember right.

You could have 3 pressure switches depending on early and late tractors. There is a low and high engine oil pressure switch, and later tractors had a 3rd switch which was like a neutral safety start for the Powershift until the clutch was depressed. I think you need the high pressure switch. Check the wire color plugging into the switches. You are looking for a dark blue wire with a white tracer.
