aaybe in his definition of two speed transmission:
1) it moves
2) it doesn't move

The Sherman combo is nice. The other "shifter" looks like a live
PTO option to me. Most of them don't work and they certainly
don't add gears. They are difficult to find in working order though.

Probably wouldn't take to much to get the LPTO to work but not near as handy as the two stage clutch on the 100 series!

Maybe they count differently in Memphis - I could only come up with 12 speeds but I did have to take off one of my shoes.

Here's the link. Also, the seller admits the tractor does not run so he has not experienced the 24 forward speeds. I don't know whether this
is a live PTO clutch or not. MAybe he thinks it is a Howard.

It's an NAA with a Sherman combination and the so-called "Live PTO" option. 12 forward and 3 reverse speeds. Also 3 PTO speeds.

Not 24 speeds but still rather uncommon.

Note, most of the live PTO units do not work and parts are unobtainable.
