Got this baler home was checking It out found one needle rubbing the knotter gear did some replace wrong gear or knotter

My guess is needle isn't adjusted correctly.

The knotter on left side looks like it's been replaced it has screws in twine knives to remove the other side has rivets there is no way to adjust the
needle suppose to rub the housing but the flange around the gear holds it out maybe 1/8inch any other adjust other than on needle frame

Knife with screws on the wiper arm is the NEW style of wiper arm. The plate on wiper arm is also adjustable to the billhook, rather than bending or beating on the wiper arm!

Needles should be adjustable sideways on the needle frame.

Purchase an operator's manual, it's the best investment you can make when working on a square baler. The needles can be adjusted and that's shown in the OM.

I have adjusted needles from side it side with no avail if I adjust to the left only widen the space between the twine holder and needle move other way hits bill hook gear so o m don't cover that do I need help or junk the bailer new needle frame not a used one
