Pulled the 2504 out of shed to make more room.Left it running for about 20 minutes . Tractor been running good. Came out of shed it had died. Checked gas fine. Then checked for spark it had good spark still no start up. Could the condenser or coil be bad. Not sure what else. Any ideas. Jim

By “checked the gas” that means the level in the tank? You need to check to see what the flow is out of the carb drain. It may be possible some debris in the tank settled close to the fuel outlet in the top of the sediment bowl inside the tank as it sat. Then as it sat idling it worked its way into the opening blocking the gas flow.

Make sure (as Used Red Man indicates) then move on to electrical issues. There is a screen in the fuel line at the carburetor fitting. Fuel should stream out of the carb drain at a pint in 2 minutes measured for 2 minutes. The initial rush of fueldrains the carb bowl, then the stream is going to slow some. but still flow as noted.
