2520 seat

I put a new aftermarket seat on my 2520 a few years ago.....the tractor sits outside.....the seat is almost gone.

Who makes the best replacement seats....ones that will last?

A john deere one without stitches will resist better to the elements.

John deere doesn't sell the correct seat for new generation tractors.The one they
sell is thinner than the original and a hard ride.Some farm stores sell one
that's very close to the original.I got one at rural farm king that looks
original and was 139 bucks for all three pieces.Last summer they were on sale for
99 dollars.Probably best to cover the seat and dash if setting outside.

With out a doubt setting out side for long periods of time is tuff on a lot of things, paint wiring,seats and belts,,along with tires,, a cheap portable metal cover would save you a lot..just saying...
