Had to change out the parking brake band on my 2555. The issue I'm having is as I tighten up the adjusting screw Key#4 to set my band adjustment the end of the screw is being forced into the end of the band lining before the band tightens up and I can't get it adjusted properly. Im sure I have everything assembled correctly (have the manuals). The previous lining broke up some time after I bought the tractor and adjusted the parking brake. I wondered why the previous lining came apart and I'm thinking the screw was pushed into the lining when I adjusted it and came apart. The brake disc doesn't look to be worn or damaged. Ideas?
