I have a 1 piece windshield on my 2705 will the 3 piece windshield that the later ones had work as an replacement

I have never seen a 3 piece windshield for the 2000 series tractors. From 1976 (first production) to 1982 they were all a single piece.

We have a local salvage yard that has one the parts book shows both I was just wondering if it would work in my tractor that has the single piece wind shield that I shattered

I would assume if you looked at both in the parts books and the side and rear windows were the same size and part numbers in each, one could assume the openings were the same and it would probably fit.

From how it is shown in the parts book, I have to believe that the 3 piece is the replacement for the one piece. I also cant come up with any reason it wouldn’t fit.

There is just a bead of clear silicone between the panels.
