2706 forklift value

Have come across a 2706 with a Harlo forklift conversion. Curious as to opinions on what its value might be. In my opinion, its kind of a rare piece.

Not enough of them out there to even set
a value.Advertize got best offer,E bay
it.....Most likely the same as a regular
706,3000 to 7000.Unless you can get two
collectors into a bidding war.

This is one of those cases of "Rare and No One Cares."

Might be rare, but it's not valuable. It won't be worth as much as a running driving 706 Farmall.

What it is, is an orphan. As it sits it is neither a good tractor nor a good forklift. Way too much work and $$$ to convert it to the "rare" 2706 tractor without cob-jobbing it.

Its actually a pretty decent forklift. The Harlo conversion was pretty common in that day in time. The only real drawback I see with it is its big. 17,000 pounds big.

Yes, while somewhat rare, I dont view it as a high dollar item.

Rare and valuable depends on what faction you
happen to be talking to. May not mean much on this
forum, but there are heavy equipment and truck
dealers in Cleveland , with wide open space that
that machine needs to operate, that would have
interest in that machine. Like the IH tugs at the airports. Nobody here would buy one , but there is a company in the south west that rebuilds T-500s and they get over $100k for them.
