2940 Hydraulic Problem

I have a JD 2940 that has a hydraulic issue. It keeps constantly blowing out the O-rings (one of them, anyways) on the assembly behind the steering column. Seems to be random, as in not in when any particular activity is taking place... Anyone ever dealt with this?
 

When you state blowing o-ring are you referring to parts key #23? Has anyone checked stand-by pressure lately?? It should be in the 2250-2350 range.
