2N 9N Front Spindle Not Keyed

I am trying to figure out a PN for the steering arms on my 9N/2N. Per the assembly drawings, the steering arms and spindle are supposed to have a woodruff key but there is none on my Ford. In addition, the
spindle arms are supposed to have a bolt and nut to keep the spindle arms attached but mine has only a multi diamter pin with a nut on one side.
Any help would be appreciated. I have attached a pic which has been scanned with Mcafee.

The early arms used only a wedge bolt to keep them in place where the later arms ('43) had a Woodruff key and a bolt across the split rear to keep things tight. They worked much better than the early ones.

Good evening, Deano---: My 9n has one spindle of each type. One side was replaced while I have had the tractor, although I don't remember why the old part was bad.... In any event, I have one keyed spindle and one with tapered bolt, similar to pedal crank on English bicycles in 1950s.
