Ford N tractor engines typically use either
thin-wall 0.040-inch steel sleeves (common in earlier models) or thick-wall 0.090-inch cast iron sleeves (common in later 8N models, serial #433578 and up). Both types maintain a 3.187-inch bore. Replacement usually requires pressing, as they have a 0.001-inch interference fit.
Key Sleeve Information:
Note: It is necessary to measure your engine block to confirm which size you need, as older engines may have been bored to accept the thicker sleeves.

Both kits he's asking about have .090 sleeves.

My suggestion would be to call them at (800) 853-2651 and ask them directly about the difference between the two kits.

PS: I'm assuming you have already measured your existing sleeves @ .090"

yes, they are .090". It's a 46 2n. I have the sleeves out. I'll call them and let you know what they say.

My guess different manufactures supplied the kits. Tisco, AI, ETC. Ref: BEKF106A-LCB was a Tisco # now SMA.
