2N hydraulics

I have a 2N that I just put a new safety valve in. Now, with a brush hog attached, it won't lift it. It raises it a few inches then starts bouncing up and down. It was cleaned out and new 90 w mineral oil put in. What should I do?

Why did you replace the relief/safety valve?
Was it working correctly before you replaced the valve? Lifting the same implement correctly?

The lift arms would drop down.

Arm drop down as in when?? While running or with out running?? If when not running good chance the lift cylinder rings are bad.

heck valve portion installed correctly?
