Good used tractor tires just dont exist anymore.Nobody replaces 'good' tires,they run em till they are gone.You can check wiith any place that sells farm tires. A salvage yard may have something.You will most likely end up buying new.Otherwise you can look for years before you find something used that is acctually worth putting on. I know it's hard to spend money,but sometimes you just have to.
