3 Bottom John Deere Plow

Trying to remove the left wheel & tire from a 3 bottom pull type/rope trip plow. Removed the three bolts from the wheel casting and the pin and keeper from the axle shaft. The wheel casting is loose, moves back and forth on the axle shaft 1/4th inch but will not come off. There appears to be a sleeve attached to the wheel casting that is attached to the inside of the wheel casting. This sleeve moves with the wheel casting. The axle shaft is round and smooth so that is not the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

its on a TAPERED CONE wooden mallet or rubber or metal carefully BABG it from the inside

we use a block of hard wood and 5-8 pound maul whack it a few it will come off

Thanks for the info.
Placed a 2" pipe cap over the end of the axle and against the end of the tapered cone. Two hits and it came loose.
