3 Point won't go down.

A couple of weeks ago someone asked about the 3 point on a 670 that won"t go down. I have the same problem with my 602.

I"ve moved both levers under the seat to no effect..

Try setting both under seat levers to straight forward and then move the out side lever near the wheel to the down range. On the outside lever all the way up or back is raise and just forward of that is a neutral position and next is a down position and then you get into the draft control area where the under seat levers really operate.
