3 row corn head for gleaner model e

330 head from an A2 will not fit an E/E3/K. I have heard of adapters being made for that conversion but don't think it was a Gleaner adapter. Is your E header drive belt or chain drive? Need to know that when looking for heads and you may need to find extra hardware to change it out if you find a chain drive head and have a belt header driver on your E. I also assume your E is is also a factory 4 hook mount and the feeder house has not been retrofitted for quick-attach. Mike

Erik, nope I have a Gleaner EIII and a field ready 4 hook E330 head and a "needs work" FK330 quick attach head that is for parts or I might eventually fix and re-sell it. I have a friend that has a nice A2 with a cherry mint A330 head. He bought an EIII-240 head from me hoping to put it on his A2 and it won"t fit at all and that is how I know. Mike

What kind of shape is the FK330 in. I have a 74 "K" and have been looking for a 3 row 30 head for quite a while. Also looking for a grain platform for it 'cuase I want to start planting beans. There's a A330 in Iowa, but from what they say is that it won't fit the "K"

Mike, I am looking for an E330 corn head for my Gleaner E. Where are you located and would you be interesting in selling the EIII of the E330 corn head.
John
