Before I tear into it, its probably best to ask... Tried adjusting the live PTO on my 300 with TA. It sounds and runs fine when engaged, but when I try to stop it, it squeals like both brake bands are engaged.
I adjusted them with the two punched dots aligned and then backed off the screws 1 turn each. Still squealed. Backed off 1/2 turn more. Still squeals. Backed off equally a whole bunch just to check. Still squeals.
The front screw is way higher than the rear when adjusted as per the manual. I'm guessing the engaging band lining has come loose and doesnt release. Any thoughts?
