300 U Radiator

My 300U radiator has sprung several leaks. Local shop says minimum of $250 No guarantees. Recore $1100 Called several yards with no luck. Has anyone retrofitted a different rad. to make it work? I would have to modify sheet metal and headlight mounts. Any ideas?

My 350U has a radiator from foreign Sources it required a bit of minor mods to work, but has not caused issues. Much less than $1100. Jim

This might find you a lower cost alternative that $1,100.00 at your local shop.

Try AP AIR in Humboldt Iowa. I've had good luck dealing with them.

Thanks for the responses. I will look into the info. The last radiator I had done cost me $100 .I guess I need to get with the program. My have times changed!
