3000 3-Point Inop

To start with, I am working on a 1965 Ford 3000 with an 8-Speed and a Live PTO. I rebuilt the top cover assembly a couple months ago and everything was working great... then had to pull the top cover again to work on getting the PTO out of the belly. When everything went back together, the 3-point raised up once (very slowly) and that's all the wrote. I still have resistance on the control lever when trying to raise the 3-point, but there is no movement. Also, tried pulling the bleeder on the pump thinking there was air in the system, but there's no fluid at the pump. What could I have knocked loose under the top cover to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

The intake/pickup tube could have been knocked loose, it's just held in place by 1 bolt at the pickup end and by an o-ring at the end where it goes into the hole in the housing that the external suction line for the pump connects to. It is located down where it is likely to be bumped when working on the PTO shaft.
