I had the wrong alternator, the drive was gone and the gas level sending unit is bad. I don’t need the tach or fuel gauge. I had an abandoned boat on the property so I used the gages and sending units. It’s not correct but I’m happy.

Nice set up. As long as you have oil pressure, and acceptable temperature, the rest can wait. I love it when I can complete a project without buying anything new! What does the black toggle switch do?

The instrument gauge package that's on most '63 on (for some distance) is for sale on ebay for a very good price. I bought a CIH 395 a couple of years ago and the dash was electronic and shot. I replaced it with a Ford mentioned, added some sheet metal and black rattle can paint and have a reliable, pretty decent looking installation. The RPM gear arrangement wasn't exact so I got a tachometer, ran the RPMs up until they hit 540 PTO, made a mark on the new panel dash and I'm good to go.

On the steering wheel in the picture, ebay sells them too and not all that expensive...would make a nice addition to your new dash installation.

A new steering wheel and some paint is in the plan. Next job is replacing the pto seal.
